What is a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA)?

 A CMA is a report that compares your property to similar properties in your area to determine an approximate current market value. Often a market analysis will include a list of homes that have recently sold or are currently for sale.

What is a Marketability Evaluation Visit (MEV)?

 A MEV is a on-site visit by a Specialist in Real Estate Marketing. This specialist will evaluate your properties condition, uniqueness, and/or improvements as compared to competitive homes near you. This information is combined with the CMA to determine a suggested sales price. The final step is the development of a marketing plan to maximize the exposure to buyers and buyers agents with the goal of obtaining the best possible price in the shortest amount of time.
